Fluid Flow & Glacial Processes

Two secondment periods hosted by STATOIL ASA for 2 months each. In the 3. quartile secondment period in year 1, the Fellow will analyse and interpret a selection of geophysical data from the Barents Sea margin in collaboration with the Statoil supervisors to provide a wider acoustic and geomorphological context for interpretation between glacial processes and the gas seeping / fluid flow and seafloor structures. This will be done. In the 3. quartile secondment period in year 2, the fellow will contribute to development of a geological model for natural fluid flow systems and their hydrodynamics for the Barents Sea margin.
