Riko Noomerts

Riko is a marine geologist with background in geophysics.

His research interests lie in seabed mapping and reconstructing of former glacial environments and processes using submarine landform and sedimentary record.

His work is focused on the Arctic Ocean and the Barents Sea glacial history but he is also involved in research in West Greenland and Antarctica.
